DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL?
Yes, we do. The first session is free. You can choose between Tuesday and Friday. This is a way for us how to prove to you, that what we do is real. Contact us or book it through the App to get your free session!
I DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE –
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The best way is to meet us and to see what we do. We offer Personal Training to catch up on the basics for the classes. CrossFit® is made for everybody! It doesn't matter which age you have or in which physical condition you are. CrossFit® will make you become what you want to be.
CAN I TRAIN ON MY OWN?
CrossFit® is not like a bodybuilding gym, where you can train at any time. CrossFit® means a lot. From classes, included individual coaching and a program that progresses weekly, and many other values. If you know what CrossFit® is, you also know how easy it is to get a gym disorganized and unsafe.
When you start CrossFit®, you start a new sport and like any other sport, you need to be supervised at least until you reach a certain level which allows you to train in autonomy and in safety.
IS THE MEMBERSHIP REFUNDABLE?
We're sorry to say it, but nope.
The membership can't be refunded but can be paused if you have some major issues such as an injury.
A Medical Certificate needs to be provided.
